Conference Fee and Terms
Registration will open on February 2026.

| Submission of abstract for printed Book of Abstracts: | before 31st July 2026 |
| Submission of articles for e-Book of Articles: | before 31st July 2026 |
| Registration of workshop participants*: | before 31st July 2026 |
| Registration of participants without presentation/poster*: | before 31th August 2026 |
Conference fee covers participation at the scientific programme on 16th and 17th September 2026, lunches on 16th and 17th September 2026, participation at the conference evening 16th September 2026 in Hotel u Milína and refreshment during the conference.
The practical workshop fee covers participation on the practical workshop programme on 17th and 18th September 2026 including refreshment, participation at the social evening 17th September 2026 in Hotel u Milína and accommodation on 17th September 2026 in Hotel u Milína.
The conference fee is kindly requested to by paid in August 2026 based on the information given in confirmation e-mail delivered after submitting the registration form.
Participation of exhibitors can be arranged with Organization committee here.
Please state the conference contribution (oral presentation, poster) – name, authors, abstract/annotation in the registration form. Confirmation of acceptation will be delivered by e-mail before 30th June 2026. Poster submission will be available after the 22th May 2026 up to the maximum capacity. List of accepted contributions (oral presentations or posters) will be released in July 2026.
* The capacity of the hall is limited, after exceeding the maximum number of participants, registration may be closed before the specified date.

Guide For Authors
Abstract – please send separate files in .doc or .docx format, file name „Hazmat-abstract+author“, contribution name, authors, text of abstract in English, Czech or Slovak (200 words in max), please follow the Abstract template.
Oral presentations will be in Czech, Slovak or English in duration of 15 min, the accompanying slides for presentation in.ppt, .pptx or .pdf format in English. Interpretation for foreigners can be provided.
Poster in English, format A0 (84 × 119 cm, portrait). Author will be asked to introduce her/his poster in 2-min presentation within designated conference block.
Selected fulltexts (oral presentations, posters) in form of scientific article will be published on-line on the conference website as agreed with the author after the event.
Scientific articles may be written in Czech, Slovak or English with name, abstract and key words in English. The name of the article must not exceed 2 lines, the article length must not exceed 10 pages.
Scientific articles are kindly requested in .docx format based on the article template submitted to organisation committee before the date given above. Please indicate the file name in form „Hazmat-article+author“. Thank you for cooperation.
