Conference Fee

Conference fee: 2100,- CZK (85 EUR) + VAT

Registration of speakers with oral presentation: until 12th June 2020

Fulltexts of the scientific articles: until 31st July 2020

Registration of participants without presentation: until 30th March 2021

The conference fee covers the scientific programme, refreshment, both lunches and entrance to the conference evening.

Please pay the conference fee by bank transfer to SUJCHBO account according to the e-mail notification of accepted application before 30th March 2021.

Participation of exhibitors can be arranged with Organization committee here.

Please register Your presentation (oral/poster) via on-line registration form (title, authors and annotation or abstract) before 5th May 2020. You will be informed about acceptation/rejection of the presentation before 19th June 2020. Only posters will be acceptable after 12th May 2020.

As the conference hall capacity is limited, the registration may be closed before the date stated above.

Participants with a contribution (oral presentation or poster) for the Hazmat Protect 2018 conference are kindly requested to fill the on-line registration form and submit by 8th June 2020. Please state the name of the contribution, authors and abstract in the on-line registration form. You will be notified about acceptance/non-acceptance by 20th June 2020.

Participants without a contribution are kindly requested to fill the on-line registration form and submit by 30th September 2020. Due to limited capacity of the conference hall, the registration may be closed for the exceeded maximum of participants before the stated date.

Scientific articles – fulltexts are requested by 1st August 2020, see Guide For Authors for more details.

    The conference is held on the premises of the SÚJCHBO, v. v. i. with specific OSH risks. The conference is subject to the GDPR data protection regulations.

    Guide For Authors

    Abstract – send please separate files in .doc or .docx format, file name „Hazmat-abstract+author“, title of presentation (oral/poster), authors, text of abstract in English, Czech or Slovak (200 words in max), please follow the Abstract template.

    Oral presentations will be in Czech, Slovak or English in duration of 15 min, the accompanying slides for presentation in.ppt, .pptx or .pdf format in English. Interpretation for foreigners can be provided.

    Poster in English, format A0 (84 × 119 cm), portrait.

    Selected fulltexts (oral presentations, posters) in form of scientific article will be published on-line on the conference website as agreed with the author after the event.

    Scientific articles may be written in Czech, Slovak or English with title, abstract and key words in English. The title of the article must not exceed 120 characters including spaces, the article length must not exceed 10 pages.

    Scientific articles are kindly requested in .docx format based on the  article template submitted to Organisation committee before 31st July 2020. Please abide the file name in form „Hazmat-article+author“. Thank you for your cooperation.
