Registration will open on February 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Conference fee:<\/td>\n3200 CZK + VAT<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Registration of participants with presentation\/poster:<\/td>\nbefore 27th May 2024<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Submission of abstract for printed Book of Abstracts:<\/td>\nbefore 31st July 2024<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Submission of articles for e-Book of Articles:<\/td>\nbefore 31st July 2024<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Registration of participants without presentation\/poster:<\/td>\nbefore 31th August 2024<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n

\nConference fee covers participation at the scientific programme on 25th and 26th September 2024, lunches on both days, participation at the conference evening and refreshment during the days.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe conference fee is kindly requested to by paid in August 2024<\/strong> (not before 1st August 2024) based on the SUJCHBO payment data and participant registration number stated in the registration form generated after submission.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nParticipation of exhibitors can be arranged with Organization committee here<\/u><\/a>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nPlease state the conference contribution (presentation, poster) \u2013 name, authors, abstract\/annotation in the registration form.\n<\/p>\n

\nList of accepted contributions (oral presentations or posters) will be released in June 2024.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe capacity of the hall is limited, after exceeding the maximum number of participants, registration may be closed before the specified date.\n<\/p>\n

<\/a>Guide For Authors<\/h1>\n

\nAbstract \u2013<\/strong> please send separate files in .doc or .docx format, file name \u201eHazmat-abstract+author\u201c, contribution name, authors, text of abstract in English, Czech or Slovak (200 words in max), please follow the Abstract template<\/u><\/a>. The Book of Abstracts will be published in print with ISBN number, in digital form at conference USB and it will be free for downloading on the conference website after the event.\n<\/p>\n

\nOral presentations <\/strong>will be in Czech, Slovak or English in duration of 15 min, including discussion; the accompanying slides for presentation in.ppt, .pptx or .pdf format in English.\n<\/p>\n

\nPoster <\/strong>in English, format A0 (84 \u00d7 119 cm, portrait).\n<\/p>\n

\nConference contributions (oral presentations and posters) in form of scientific article<\/strong> will be available at the conference USB. Selected scientific articles will be published on-line at the conference website as agreed with the author after the event.\n<\/p>\n

\nScientific articles <\/strong>may be written in Czech, Slovak or English with name, abstract and key words in English. The name of the article must not exceed 2 lines, the article length must not exceed 10 pages.\n<\/p>\n

\nScientific articles<\/strong> are kindly requested in .docx format based on the  article template<\/u><\/a> submitted to organisation committee before the date given above. Please indicate the file name in form \u201eHazmat-article+author\u201c. Thank you for cooperation.\n<\/p>\n
